Paducah Middle School’s Odyssey of the Mind team won second place for the problem “Full Circle” at the state competition at Northern Kentucky University on March 26.
Team members are Jack Boyd, Heath Ford, Hugh Mattingly, Carter Noneman, and Matthew VanHoose. The finish qualifies them for the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals in May at the University of Maryland.
This is the first Paducah Middle team to ever quality for the international competition.
