Pumpkin Village at DPA is all things "fall"

UNION CITY, TN- The Discovery Park of America ground crews have been busy! They have created "Pumpkin Village" behind the train depot at DPA. It's "all things fall"...with straw horses, hay-bale spiders pumpkin houses and a pumpkin river, complete with bridges; plus a few surprises!

The Pumpkin Village is a work in progress, and it is FREE with park admission...so, all Discovery Park visitors are free to roam through Pumpkin Village! Pumpkin Village will be open 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Sundays (Closed on Mondays)....same as park hours...throughout the month of October.

Other highlights of the month include a big "Anniversary Celebration" on October 18th...Jason D. Williams, BBQ dinner and fireworks! The cost is $20 for members and $25 for non-members. All tickets must be pre-sold by Oct. 17th online, at the ticket counter or by calling DPA!

Also, on Halloween, Friday, October 31st, Discovery Park is having a Halloween costume contest at Libation Station. Libation Station is open from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Train Depot every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening....but on Halloween, Discovery Park guests are invited to dress up!
