There will be a meeting on October 14th at 4:30 at Columbus Baptist Church to hear residents' concerns on closing the Columbus Post Office.

The Occupy Wall Street movement is spreading. OccupyLexKY has "taken over" a spot in front of Chase J. P. Morgan Bank. A group at Murray State plans a teach in next week and Southern Illinois Carbondale is planning a peace march.
