Bicycle Safety was the focus during physical education class for Wingo 4th & 5th graders recently. Students had the opportunity to participate in a Bicycle Safety Rodeo.

Doug Beckhart with Norton Healthcare, which includes Norton Children's Hospital, instructed students in safety rules while riding on streets and roads. The students then practiced those skills in simulated situations in the school gym.

According to Ms. Grant, physical education teacher at Wingo, "The students had a blast while learning!"
