Spring is the time to spruce up and two small West Kentucky towns are doing just that. The Hickman County Arts Council put up a four sided quilt display on the courthouse lawn.

Hickman, county seat of Fulton County, brightened up some old buildings.

Sunshine and paint can work wonders for the soul!
