On the road: No-Count Dog travels to area classrooms
Nuckolls, left, and Potter, right, share No-Count Dog with a preschool class in Clinton.

(Clinton, KY - January 6, 2014) - No-Count Dog is traveling throughout western Kentucky as author Mary Potter and illustrator Jennifer Nuckolls read their book of a hound dog that goes from pet to hero during a flood.

Potter and Nuckolls published No-Count Dog in mid-November. Since then, they have sold around one hundred copies of the children's picture book. Local schools have invited the authors to book-signings and reading events for elementary students.

In January, the ladies will be reading to Central Elementary in Graves County on Friday, January 10th and will be at the Hickman County Elementary School in Clinton, Kentucky all day on January 15th. Teachers will be sending a letter home with the Hickman County students in advance to inform parents about the the event.

Potter and Nuckolls look forward to reading to the students and sharing their success story.   No-Count Dog will have more adventures in the future as new books are forthcoming. Potter hopes to have a series of stories, each with different life lessons.

For more information on the book or book-signings and readings, contact Mary Potter's Law Office at 653-3312 or email editor@westkyjournal.com.

No-Count Dog is also available for purchase on Amazon.com.
